They began in 2020, dotting their catalogue with EPs and standout tracks such as “Undercurrent”, “Roll the Dice”, and “Silver for Sand”. In 2022, they released their debut full-length album, the synthpop nocturne Night Music (via Born Losers Records). Since then, the group has toured extensively, with their 2024 North American headline tour featuring several sold out dates in support of Vignette I (2023) and Vignette II (2024). CD Ghost begins a new era in 2026 with their sophomore album, When The Rain Stops, alongside a return to live shows. Sonically, the project balances between two palettes: in-your-face dance beats with glossy synths, and warm, dreamy guitars accompanied by laid-back acoustic drums. When The Rain Stops plays on themes of fate, love, and disaster, ultimately grasping for something to hang onto while everything falls apart. This time around we find CD Ghost with their head in the clouds but with feet still firmly planted on the ground. <img width="3000" height="2000" width_o="3000" height_o="2000" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/4e09fee34baad652520407f9d1094edf106e5fd79b0bdb4687438a69a687ea3c/cdghost-2026-press-10.jpg" data-mid="248250937" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/4e09fee34baad652520407f9d1094edf106e5fd79b0bdb4687438a69a687ea3c/cdghost-2026-press-10.jpg" /> <img width="1500" height="1000" width_o="1500" height_o="1000" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/438bafbce6e9bd5d6a775d1a33a8c2c5df5ed166f3b79589c11abc77ff29295b/CD-Ghost-Press-NM-2.jpg" data-mid="249503312" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/438bafbce6e9bd5d6a775d1a33a8c2c5df5ed166f3b79589c11abc77ff29295b/CD-Ghost-Press-NM-2.jpg" />
